Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Zen MojiMatch ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
Virtual Items and Currency
The Game includes virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items (power-ups). You understand that:
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money or goods
- All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable
- We may modify or remove virtual items at any time
In-App Purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.
If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for monitoring your children's use of the Game and any associated purchases.
Game Center & Multiplayer
Zen MojiMatch uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards, achievements, and multiplayer features including Versus battles and tournaments. By using these features, you agree to Apple's Game Center terms of service. Your Game Center alias will be visible to other players.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
- Attempt to access the Game's source code or reverse engineer the Game
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Game
- Sell, trade, or transfer your account to others
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, music, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The OpenMoji emoji graphics used in this game are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data or virtual items.
Game Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. This includes changes to gameplay, features, virtual items, game modes, and pricing.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Game.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
